Our CEO’s Vegas Trip!
Our CEO John H. Isaac went to Vegas this week to speak on the JD Power Automotive Round Table concerning dealer reputation management. He reported that the auto industry is starting to listen to what consumers have to say especially online. I think this is good news however the industry still has a long ways to go. Our CEO will be making guest entries through this week detailing his finding while in Vegas.
